New Mobile Filter Unit for the Welding Industry

Flextraction has now brought its own mobile welding fume filtration unit to market. Designed and engineered right here in the UK, the WeldX Pro is a quality product that comes complete with a pre-built 2.5m extraction arm that has 360 degree rotation via an upward mounted swivel joint. Arriving with the wheels already attached to the unit, the arm can be attached to the unit and up and running in a matter of a few minutes.

The WeldX Pro has an impressive three stages of filtration; stage one is an aluminium mesh, stage two is a fibre pre-filter, with the third stage being a High Efficiency Particle Filter (HEPA) class H13.

Available in 110v, 240v single phase or 400v three phase, the unit is designed to meet the standards required by the HSE with regards to CoSHH Regulations for the re-circulation of air into the workplace.
