What is a Downflow Booth?

A stainless steel booth that has been engineered to operate using continuous re-circulation of the air within the booth, preventing airborne contaminants from escaping into the external working environment. Of modular design, the booths can be manufactured to suit a given application and can found in a multitude of industries, not only within bakery environments; these include, although not limited too, dye and paint processes, as well as pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing.
